This phase addresses your crux of stress-induced drinking by fostering a Mindset Shift over 4 transformative weeks. It’s dedicated to resetting and regulating your nervous system to mitigate stress and its physical manifestations. 
You’ll learn targeted breathing exercises to dissolve cravings at their root and employ visualization techniques to envision and manifest your life free from alcohol.

Balancing life
