No. You don’t need to be sober to start. Most clients begin while still drinking. The first phase is designed to map your patterns and regulate your nervous system so cravings naturally weaken — not to white-knuckle through abstinence. We meet you where you are.

No. Every Breathesober Protocol is taught from the ground up. You’ll learn six structured protocols — each designed for a specific moment your nervous system gets hijacked. Your coach helps you learn when to use which. If you’ve never done breathwork before, you’re in the most common starting place.

Most health conditions are compatible with the program. We ask about them on the application call so we can adapt the practices safely. Pregnancy, severe cardiovascular conditions, and certain psychiatric conditions require modifications — your coach will guide you. If we don’t think we can serve you safely, we’ll tell you on the call. If you have a history of alcohol-related seizures, please consult a doctor first — you may need a medical detox.
